Ubilo lets a community publish its budget and rules first, check any wallet against them, and show every payout on Solana.

What a program on Ubilo promises
The short version of the model. The long one is on the How it works page and in the docs.
How it worksThe budget is written down before anyone claims
A host picks the asset (SOL or any SPL token), the total budget, the amount each wallet may receive and the dates. From those numbers the page works out the largest number of wallets the program can pay, so nobody has to guess whether the money runs out halfway.
Eligibility rules are public and checked live
Rules are plain checks on chain data: a SOL balance, a token balance, how much history a wallet has, how old it is, or a list of addresses written down in public. When you check a wallet, the page shows the exact number it read for each rule, not only a yes or a no.
Every payout can be traced
Each program names the wallet that will send the funds. The Proof page reads that wallet's outgoing SOL and token transfers straight from Solana, groups them by recipient and links every one to an explorer, so anyone can compare what was promised with what was paid.
What is not live yet
Ubilo runs no program on the chain and never holds anyone's funds. Claims in this build are practice records kept in your browser; the host pays by hand. Escrowed pools and automatic claims are planned, and so is everything listed as $UBILO utility.
